Amy Reich Design specializes in virtual styling and design for short term rental properties (STR's), vacation rentals, Gites, and more. I offer limited onsite work in Western New York and the Pays de Gex area of France.

• I help short term rental owners and property investors solve their design dilemmas and make their spaces look & feel great, function well, all resulting in booked properties and happy guests.

• I also work with renters of short term rental properties, such as expats in France or professionals with a temporary job placement, to make their spaces feel like home. 

 

If you are more of a Do It Yourself (DIY) type who needs help creating a vision and design plan, I can help you! I've had clients who can follow a plan and build anything, yet they admit that they have no design or color sense and don't want to waste time and money on a project that ends up looking off.

This is where I can help. My services are offered at the design concept stage in order to help you see your vision (or determine what your vision is) before purchasing and self-implementation.

I offer a few key services including a Design Refresh. This is ideal for updating  your property without a complete re-design. It's perfect for short term rental owners who are preparing to shoot photos for listings, for example.

• Soft furnishing and accessories ideas

• Color palettes 

• Shopping list
